Test drive went great and I was sold on a white AT4. All of our questions were answered. Which brought us to purchase the truck. The whole process was fluid and each step was a breeze. GM can't keep . chain up for known problems for there vehicles. Still waiting on parts for a known problem with the 3.0 deisel. It been over 3 weeks now. Still no part or even an estimate on a time. Been a GM guy forever, but there is a 90% chance I won't be buying another one. If I can't get parts for a known problem. Oh, and another thing, NO loaner car while you have my vehicle for weeks. Take my other vehicle in for long service I get a loaner. Sad!!! I thought GMC and Cadillac was supposed to be a high end brand. Not impressed with Corwin! I'm guessing you won't publish this response. Feel free to respond or call.

I made an appointment on their website and immediately received four replies confirming the appointment, a service person wanting to sell me wind shield wipers and another wanting to buy my truck. I showed up at the dealership on time and was told I didn't have an appointment! The service adviser said the web site will do that. He did work me in and the work was done. I asked to use my reward points to pay for the service which was not done. This is the second time this has happened to me. I have never had a good service experience with this dealership.

It was terrible, from the moment I called to check my vehicle in. I called because our vehicle was undrivable and had to be towed. The person who answered was very rude and actually said “we are checking in people that actually showed up with their vehicle we will call you when we can”. I scheduled an appointment for 740 on 6/10 and we didn’t get checked in until 930 that morning. Our vehicle wasn’t even seen by a technician until 6/12. When I asked our service advisor Alexis for an update I was told “it takes 2-3 days for diagnostics” I happen to know that is not true, but she wouldn’t just say our vehicle hasn't been seen by a technician. Why do we schedule an appointment if our vehicle isn’t seen. I also received a call from the service department manager and was told “the appointment only gets you in our doors, your vehicle isn’t seen we still have to accommodate walk in’s”. I’m just not sure why I waited 2 weeks and had my vehicle sitting in the garage waiting for my appointment that wasn’t an appointment.

Zach was great and I appreciated his accurate communication and timely follow-through. However, the mechanic missed a significantly torn & damaged bushing on the driver side leaf spring below the diesel intake when performing his inspection. I will now have to assess if this is covered by my warranty and determine who will do the repair when it may have been repaired all at one time. Given the damaged bushing was hanging and very visible when I checked under the truck to see if there was any transmission leakage after the service I have no idea what else the mechanic may have missed doing the multi point inspection. I was sent a picture of the vehicle's cabin filter indicating it was dirty and required replacement. I chose to do the replacement myself because the cost to replace a $17.00 Delco cabin filter was going to cost $126.00.

Check engine light came on. I call the service advisor and he told me to bring my Buick Encore in. It has 11000 miles on it. He scanned my car and said I need a new turbo charger and a fuel injector. He told me to get my things out of the car that I would need because he would keep my car for at least 2 weeks. He could not guarantee when the parts would be available. I talked to my attorney. He said I should ask for my car and go for a 2nd opinion. The service advisor charged me for and oil change $140.00. In my The service department needs customer service training and skills. None of their advisors acknowledge customers that are waiting right in front of them. They talk to each other and look at their phones and computers but never ever ask if they can help me. I have been to this dealer several times. I get treated this way every time I am in front of them. My perception is they do not give me information about my vehicle because they assume I will not understand. Nor am I given a copy of the work to be performed. The service advisor puts the paper in front of me and tells me to sign it. He says I will get a copy after the work is performed. So I never know what I am signing. I am very hesitant to ever do business with Corwin Buick in Reno. They sold me the car but their service department is rude. They act as if they are doing me a favor by even talking to me. When I have asked to have the advisor repeat something he said, he refuses. I am a senior woman and have hearing issues.

Check check in and check out was good. I do not like you saying I need things when I truly don’t need it like a new cabin air and an air filter for the engine. All the book says the cabin filter is good for up to 36,000 miles or one year and the engine air filter is from 15 to 30,000 miles. I did change out the engine air filter, but it really didn’t look like it needed to be changed. You should recommend changing not make it a critical item and if it doesn’t need it, don’t even recommend it. because of that soon as I get through my prepaid oil changes I’ll probably never go back to that dealership for service and I’ll probably never buy another vehicle from that dealership that practice of just showing the air filter to a customer and calling it critical as a bad business decision. Just as bad as Cracker Barrel changing the logo, cause it causes me not to trust the repair shop.

Rob rudely said what can I do for you? I told him I was there to pick up my car. He passed me on to someone else who was a little more helpful, but I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and the customer service just continues to go downhill. Your sales people were great. I did make a $60k offer. Then a finance gentleman brought back (52,500 with smoke and mirrors). That frankly confused me a bit. Then the finance guy put a total of 63,600 or so? However I paid 77,500 less 4,000 extended warranty and 4,000 +/- for taxes and paperwork. So I paid 69,500 dollars out of pocket for a 63,600 dollar vehicle? Something is missing… your sales people were great. It lies somewhere else. Are $ amounts not disclosed?

I don't understand how a truck with less than 13000 miles that uses a quart of oil every 3000 miles is normal. I have never had a vehicle new or used that used that much oil. As easy as my wife and myself have driven this truck there is no reason in my mind that it should be using this much oil. I thought we were getting a real nice vehicle, but I am really disappointed.

The service people are very professional and very aware of the situation with regards to my new truck. It was bought in September of this year and had a defective air conditioning line installed from the factory . Corwin GMC dealership went above and beyond to finally get the parts that were needed to fix the problem from the factory. I’m very pleased with the results and support they gave me on this . The only problem I have now is the truck manual that I paid a hundred dollars for has still not arrived yet. It’s been six weeks. Other than that I’m extremely happy with the performance of this dealership!

It took a month to get an appointment for my car with the specialist for what problem my car was having. After spending time to take time off work and shuffle my schedule. The tech did not fix the problem nor care enough to try. He said it was because I don’t have On Star is why my maps, compass, clock will not keep the correct time is now 7 minutes off as well as Apple car play will not link correctly most the time. As well as my GMC app will not link and has been offline for over 2 months. My onstar is active until 2033. I was told he was too busy to work on my car which they had all day.

As far as getting in and having the maintenance done with our vehicle it was pretty easy and quick turnaround time. However we bought this vehicle (Certified pre-owned) and at our service appointment we’re advised alignment was off, which seeing tread on tires seemed correct. How did the vehicle pass inspection to sell and alignment be correct just under 2 months ago? Also we had just under 30 days of purchasing the vehicle had a defective starter! We were told by your dealership that we couldn’t have the car looked at or brought in for about 20+ days and were recommended to go to Carson city or Champion? We took the vehicle to our friends shop (Arrow Automotive) they diagnosed it and fixed in two days. We were told by your dealership that we would be reimbursed however then advised that you won’t do anything? Trust is a little broke currently!

the service writer takes pictures of the vehicles coming in. there was no damage on my vehicle, and when I looked over my vehicle when I got home (i trusted the dealership, which I will never do again) there was damage, I contacted the service write right away and I took pictures of the damage. He became to tell me that it looks like my doors rub. BS if that was the case I would have taken my vehicle back to the dealership right way when I bought it and had it fixed... I sent the pictures, and he told me that the service manager was going to look at them and get back to me. that was over a week ago and heard nothing. I asked the service writer to show me the pictures of the damage since he took them, and I would leave it be, but he couldn't because there was no damage. I am very disappointed that this happened, and nothing has been done to fix it. I will never buy another a vehicle from Corwin Buick. I have 2 oil changes left and then after that we will never be back

The experience was ok, the vehicle I have had for less than a month and have had to.take it back in three times engine lights went on as soon as I drove it off the lot, they fixed the problem and about 50 miles later it came on again which they fixed but we got stuck in a heavy rain storm and the windshield wipers didn't work 😳 which isn't something I commonly check. I think they need yo take better time inspecting the vehicles before reselling them.

I came back! This is the third time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Hyundai! I absolutely love this place! I worked with Joe this time around, and I have to say this guy is awesome! He’s so incredibly kind and down to earth. He really wants to help you find what you *NEED.* This deal I worked with Joe, Steve, Phil and of course Karen! I love you all. Such incredible people. Yes, they are a car dealership. Yes, they sell you cars. I initially went in looking for a used bigger vehicle. I was given the option but ultimately Joe showed me new was going to be the way to go. Payment, interest rates and warrant all being taken accounted for. He showed me my budget friendly vehicle and the second I dismissed it for personal reasons he basically tossed the keys back in the building and got me what suited my growing family better! I got the deal of the year. Steve (finance) and I got down to business and he laid it out plainly. He got me everything I asked for and I am so incredibly happy. Phil helped me secure my top quality extras I factored into my deal. I highly recommend Joe and this whole team. I will be back once this baby is paid off.

The fix to the recent problem is still not corrected: Last night I left on a short trip but had to return home because the electronics are not working right. I attempted to turn off the radio and it would not turn off. Then, I attempted to turn on the adaptive brights and the indicator light would not function; the function itself would not work. I had hoped that whatever you did had cleared up the issue. It did not. And now I can't leave for anywhere out of town because I can't trust things working properly. What are you going to do to fix this?

Herick did a great job and made the experience easy on my part. I had a good idea of what I wanted before I came in and he got me in the right truck right away. He answered all my questions about the financing and upgrades I had questions about. Plus he was quick, I didn’t want to sit there all day going through the sales process. The finance manager was also great. He explained the warranties and protection plans thoroughly and steered me in the direction that best fit my driving/life instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive package. This was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Harold Solano went way above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. This was my first experience with your shop outside of an oil change. Based on previous experiences with other shops I was expecting a fight to get to a resolution. Instead, what I assumed was just a bad sensor for the DEF tank level was immediately handled by replacing the entire DEF tank which got me back on the road same day. Everyone was so courteous, promises kept, timelines maintained, and my expectations were certainly exceeded.

Service Advisors did well. Truck was ready when they said. I have to drive about 170 miles from Winnemucca to get my truck serviced. I don’t like to be late. I was thirty minutes early and of course I was advised I was early. I think it’s better to be early than late. Also, I was told I needed a new air filter and cabin filter. I agree. But with your prices I figured I’d do it myself. I did take my engine piece off to replace myself. This was the first time I ever opened my hood. I noticed I’m missing a screw/bolt for from my air filter cover. I didn’t lose the screw and would like it replaced.

The service was fine until the rep handed me the report and said I needed to do the 15,000 mile service the next time I come in. His quote for that was either around $850 - to $950. I thought no way. I reached out to the 2023 and above canyon colorado facebook group and asked them there opinion. Not to my surprise they said I was being scammed. One of them showed mea quote from the dealership he goes to and it was $240 including oil change and filter. Needless to say I won't be doing it for the quoted price.

I brought my new truck in to get the driver side window replaced. My windows were already tinted so I received a call saying they could not match the tint so they were going to retina both windows. When I picked up the truck the tint was way lighter than it was before. My service writer Jordan went and got Chad in accessories and I had the worst experience with him. He basically was calling me a liar. He texted me during the week asking me for proof of what percentage the tint was before. I gave him what I could but it wasn’t good enough so now I’m out $425.00 for my tint. I just spent over $100,000 on this truck and don’t appreciate the way I was treated. Chad knows he put the wrong tint on my windows and refuses to admit it. Jordan did a great job on his part of the service and had nothing to do with the window tinting.
